To perform our contract review services, We collect and process the documents and contracts You upload to the Platform. We may also use, reproduce, and process your Customer Content in de-identified or aggregated form, to maintain, support, and improve the Service. This content may contain commercial terms, business information, and Personal Data belonging to You or third parties.

Artificial Intelligence & Automated Data Processing
Our Service utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning models to analyze Customer Content, followed by review and oversight by a legal professional. Our Service does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. The Company does not provide legal advice regarding the enforceability, validity, or legal effect of any contract and does not advise on compliance with any specific law or regulation.
AI Processing Commitments:
- Third-Party AI Vendors: We utilize secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by vetted third-party AI Service Providers to process Customer Content.
- No Public Training: We strictly instruct and contractually require our AI Service Providers NOT to use Your Customer Content or Personal Data to train, fine-tune, or improve public or foundation AI models.
- Human Oversight: AI output generated during the analysis of Customer Content is subjected to review and modification by human attorneys prior to final delivery to You. AI processing is conducted solely as a preliminary analysis tool and does not constitute automated legal decision-making without human intervention.
Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell Personal Data, nor do We share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We may share Your information under the following limited circumstances:
- Contracted Attorneys & Reviewers: A legal professional performing manual reviews of AI-generated contract outputs.
- AI & Infrastructure Service Providers: Secure cloud hosts, database managers, and enterprise AI API providers strictly for executing the Service.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority.
US State Privacy Rights

You may request earlier deletion of your uploaded Customer Content at any time upon completion of your service, subject to any legal, audit or regulatory obligations requiring us to retain specific records.
