You upload a contract along with a short intake questionnaire about your situation, our AI reviews the document and generates a markup identifying key terms, risks, and unusual clauses, and an attorney then reviews that markup before it's delivered to you.

• An attorney then reviews the AI's markup, corrects or refines it as needed based on your intake questionnaire responses.
• You receive a markup of the contract in redline format ready for your quick review before sharing with your counterparties.

We are currently offering reviews for confidentiality agreements, service agreements, sales & purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, employment agreements and consultancy agreements. Blu Line offers customers an ability to quickly markup these contracts based on a short intake questionnaire using a human-supervised AI model.

Most reviews are completed within 24 hours. Delays may occur if there are technical issues with the contract you uploaded.

The service costs a flat fee of $250 per review, but may be subject to additional discounts from time-to-time.

No. This service is meant to enable the use of AI to markup a contract based on your stated preferences (i.e., your intake questionnaire responses). The human review element by a legal professional serves as a supervisory element to ensure the AI-generated markup appropriately reflects your intake questionnaire responses in an accurate and seamless manner. Blu Line Services, LLC is not a law firm, does not act as your attorney, and does not form an attorney-client relationship with you. This service is not intended to replace an attorney's review of the relevant contracts.

The AI markup is designed to speed up review, catch common issues and align the contract with your preferences. It is not infallible, which is why every markup is reviewed, corrected, and finalized by an attorney with experience in contract negotiations.

We welcome feedback on the deliverables and strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Following receipt of the markup by email, you may follow up with questions or comments which we will use reasonable efforts to address as promptly as possible.

Yes. Your contract and questionnaire responses are used only to prepare and deliver your markup. Access is limited to our vetted AI Service Providers and the attorney(s) assigned to your review. We don't sell your Customer Content, and we don't share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We may disclose it in limited circumstances described in our Privacy Policy — for example, to infrastructure or hosting providers who help run the Service, in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, or when required by law, court order, subpoena, or another government authority. No, not to train public or general-purpose AI models. We require our third-party AI providers not to use your Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any public or foundation AI model. We may, however, use Customer Content in de-identified or aggregated form to maintain, support, and improve our own Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you'd prefer to opt out of that internal use, contact us at service@myBluLines.com.

We retain your uploaded contract for up to 6 months after your review is complete, then permanently delete them. We may keep Customer Content longer where needed for legal defense, audit, or regulatory compliance purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time after your review is complete by emailing service@myBluLines.com, subject to those same legal, audit, or regulatory limits.
